It all began with the joy of traveling—experiencing, touching, and tasting everything new. Growing up in Spain, I learned early on that gathering around food is among life's greatest joys. With a deep-seated desire to share my cuisine and culture with others, I found myself immersed in Hong Kong’s fast-paced hospitality industry for many years. Those experiences shaped my understanding of service and the art of culinary presentation, but my longing for home never waned.
